Food science students with Mrs. Bartman recently made butter and had a cheese tasting lab. For the butter, they were given heavy whipping cream and learned the process of making their own butter at home! For the cheese tasting lab, they were given 5 different kinds of cheese and had to discuss the taste, texture, and color. We then as a class discussed and made guesses on which cheese was which!
