On Tuesdays and Wednesdays Chef and Miss Tia are not able to check email or answer the phone very often. If you need something for service or need to change your order, please email blueapron@warsawschools.org. The General Manager should have the email open and be checking it often. We want them to have the experience of running the restaurant; dealing with customer requests is part of that process.
