- A warm and hearty soup made with tender split peas, fresh carrots, celery, onion, and rich potatoes. Garnished with smoked pork.

LAST WEEK - Chef Special - Mahi Mahi Tacos (returning from our Food Truck Opening)
- Two delicious Mahi Mahi fish tacos with diced onions, lime wedges, and shredded cabbage. Topped with creamy avocado and fresh cilantro in toasted flour tortillas. Served with Pico de Gallo, Spanish rice, tortilla chips, and sour cream.

- Hoosier Pork Loin Sandwich (Breaded) with chips
- Express Box Lunch TO GO - Club Sandwich, Broccoli Salad, Chips, Chocolate Chip muffin, and bottle of Ice Mountain water.

LAST WEEK - Dessert Du Jour - Nutella Cheesecake
- A silky no-bake cheesecake made with creamy Nutella, Oreo crumbs, and served with a Nutella Ganache. Topped with a homemade whipped cream.
LAST WEEK - Cake Du Jour - Cinnamon Apple Cake
- A soft and warm apple cinnamon cake filled with fresh apples and features a crunch cinnamon topping drizzled with a sweet frosting.
